We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) - all import duties, customs taxes, and shipping costs are settled by us before your watch reaches you. The price you pay at checkout is the final, total price. Nothing extra at the door, nothing extra at customs.

Times below are from the moment your watch leaves our studio - not from order date. Limited edition and pre-made pieces dispatch within 2-4 business days. Bespoke commissions dispatch after the full painting and quality process is complete.

Shipping Issues
Package Lost or Delayed
If your shipment hasn't moved or arrived well past the estimated window:
- Check your UPS tracking link first
- Contact us - we'll follow up with UPS on your behalf
- If declared lost, we'll file the insurance claim and resolve it for you
Package Arrived Damaged
If your package shows visible damage on arrival:
- Photograph the box and its contents before opening further
- Keep all original packaging
- Email us within 48 hours - we'll handle everything from there
