1. The Promoter
This giveaway (the “Promotion”) is organised by The Dial Story, Surat, India (“we”, “us”). Contact: via Instagram @the.dial.story or the contact page on thedialstory.com.
2. No purchase necessary
Entry is free. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.
3. Eligibility
Open to individuals aged 18 or over at the time of entry. The Promotion is not open to residents of Italy or Brazil or any jurisdiction where this type of promotion is prohibited or requires registration we have not undertaken - it is void where prohibited. Employees and immediate family of The Dial Story may not enter. One entry per person; duplicate or automated entries will be removed.
4. Promotion period
Entries open on June 13, 2026 and close on June 27, 2026 at 23:59 UTC. Entries received after the closing time will not be counted.
5. How to enter
Complete the registration form at thedialstory.com/goldenboot with your name, email, country, and your prediction for the tournament top scorer (including your goals tiebreaker), then confirm your entry via the email we send you. Only entries confirmed by email before the closing time are valid. Following our Instagram account and commenting on the giveaway post are appreciated and may be used to verify entries, but the website registration is the official entry record.
6. The prize
Three (3) winners will each receive one bespoke hand-painted Casio G-Shock watch, hand-painted by The Dial Story (approximate retail value USD $600 each). Each winner may choose their own design theme or one proposed by us. The prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable, with no cash alternative. We will ship the prize to the winner at our cost; any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the winner's responsibility. Painting is done upon win confirmation; please allow 4–8 weeks for creation and delivery.
7. Selecting the winners
The winning prediction is the player officially awarded the tournament's top scorer award (the “Golden Boot”) for the 2026 World Cup. If the award is shared or determined by official tiebreakers, the player officially awarded it counts; if multiple players are officially recognised, a prediction of any of them counts as correct. Winners are selected from valid entries as follows: (a) all entries that correctly predicted the winning player form the winner pool; (b) if the pool exceeds three, the three entries whose goals tiebreaker is closest to the winning player's actual goal tally win, with remaining ties broken by random draw; (c) if fewer than three entries are correct, the remaining winners are drawn from entries with the closest goals tiebreaker among all entries, ties broken by random draw. Our determination is final.
8. Winner notification
Winners will be notified by email within 7 days of the tournament final (July 19, 2026) and announced on our Instagram and website using first name, last initial, and country. Winners must respond within 14 days and may be asked to verify identity, age, and eligibility; failing that, a replacement winner is selected by the same method.
9. Privacy & email
We collect your name, email, country, Instagram handle, and prediction to administer the Promotion, and - with your consent - to send you our updates and product news. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email. The public entry list displays only your first name, last initial, country, and prediction. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
10. Platform & brand disclaimers
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram/Meta from any liability connected with this Promotion. The Dial Story is an independent atelier: this Promotion is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Casio Computer Co., Ltd. (G-Shock), FIFA, adidas, or any football federation, league, club, or player. The prize is a genuine Casio G-Shock customised by hand by The Dial Story; customisation voids any Casio manufacturer warranty.
11. General
We reserve the right to disqualify entries that are fraudulent, automated, abusive, or in breach of these terms, and to suspend or amend the Promotion if it cannot run as planned for reasons beyond our reasonable control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost, delayed, or undelivered entries or emails. These terms are governed by the laws of India, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
